A Talent Acquisition Partner position is now available at a global luxury fashion company. The chosen applicant will be in charge of the implementation and operations of talent acquisition plans. This role is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Create strategies and related solutions in coordination with key teams
- Promote the implementation of regional TA initiatives
- Work with HRBS teams and provide inputs to resolve operational recruitment issues
- Oversee executive recruitment efforts
- Manage hiring procedures
- Utilise performance metrics to recommend appropriate interventions
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of practical experience in talent acquisition
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Strong relationship-building skills
