[IT/인사] Tech Recruiting Team Lead

A Tech Recruiting Team Lead position is available at an international trading company. The qualified candidate will be overseeing the acquisition of prospective candidates through various channels. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall recruitment procedure
• Perform job offers negotiations
• Ensure the appeal of job offers to applicants
• Keep precise records and documents
• Develop and implement onboarding procedures for new hires
• Manage employer branding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, business administration, or a relevant discipline is ideal
• More than 3 years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and different sourcing and recruiting tools
• Ability to develop relationships
• Familiarity with IT and crypto business is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written Korean and English
