[리테일] Talent Acquisition Partner

A Talent Acquisition Partner position is now available at a global luxury fashion company. The chosen applicant will be in charge of the implementation and operations of talent acquisition plans. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Create strategies and related solutions in coordination with key teams
• Promote the implementation of regional TA initiatives
• Work with HRBS teams and provide inputs to resolve operational recruitment issues
• Oversee executive recruitment efforts
• Manage hiring procedures
• Utilise performance metrics to recommend appropriate interventions

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of practical experience in talent acquisition
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Strong relationship-building skills
