A foreign trading company is searching for a People and Culture Specialist to join the exciting company in Seoul. This position will be working on various people management activities for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support the company with recruiting initiatives
- Manage the implementation of performance management processes
- Establish a collaborative and friendly work environment through employee engagement
- Cooperate with the P&C manager to develop workplace and employee policies
- Oversee employee records
- Handle benefit operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in business administration, software engineer, computer science, or a similar domain
- More than 3 years of HR experience
- Possess knowledge of Korean labour laws
- Experience in payroll, policy creation & execution, and eNPS survey is desired
- Possess a valid certification in HR or PHR is advantageous
- Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
