A global automation machinery manufacturing firm is searching for a Talent Acquisition & HRIS Specialist. The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition life cycle to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare offer letters and close candidates
- Formulate reports regarding recruitment and applicant data
- Handle job posting and upfront sourcing activities for the firm’s open roles
- Take part in employer recruiting branding initiatives when needed
- Inform HR leadership on market trends and hiring related feedback
- Assist HR colleagues in preparing payroll and relevant data reports
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in the recruitment life cycle
- Practical experience in recruitment job boards
- Prior experience with applicant tracking tools
- Expertise in employer branding techniques
- Background in HRIS and payroll is ideal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
