[리테일/인사] HR Administrator (Contract)
A global consumer goods company is searching for an HR Administrator. The selected applicant will be responsible for managing HR operations, administration, and employee support while ensuring smooth office and general affairs management.
Responsibilities:
- Operate payroll and benefit programs
- Manage HR administration, including HRIS system, data maintenance, reporting, PO/payment process
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee office management and general affairs
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Coordinate and facilitate Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings and prepare minutes
- Support associates’ health and well-being activities
- Assist with regional foreign associates matters (visa, payroll, tax)
- Deliver other ad-hoc HR/GA support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll
- Proficient in MS Office
- Customer service mindset
- Positive and energetic team player
- Good priority setting and organisation skills
- Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
