[의료기기/인사] Senior HR Specialist (1yr 3m)
A multinational healthcare technology company is looking for a Senior HR Specialist. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing HR programs in rewards, development, recruitment, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation, incentives, EEAP (RSU) program, payroll, position grading, and budgeting
- Oversee performance appraisal analysis, employee development, competency management, talent management, and succession planning
- Monitor HR KPIs, manage HRIS system, and maintain HR policies, rules, and work instructions
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires
- Provide HR shared services to the company affiliate
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree (Business Admin is ideal)
- More than 5 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office and SuccessFactors
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong data analysation skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English
Preferred requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in HRM
