A Head of HR position is now available at a multinational automotive dealer. The selected candidate will be accountable for partnering with the business leader to ensure successful execution of HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HR teams to ensure operational excellence
• Oversee change management activities
• Boost employee engagement
• Create corporate strategies for various HR concerns
• Design and deploy the succession planning process
• Develop learning and development roadmaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in management
• Proven success in a senior HR position
• Practical experience in handling sales and aftersales issues
• Expertise in labour laws
• Understanding of process analysis
• Highly proficient in written and spoken Korean and English
