[제조/에너지/인사] HR Specialist
A foreign IT and digital solutions company is searching for an HR Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for supporting core human resources functions across recruitment, operations, and employee support.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and initial candidate screening
- Assist with hiring for engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and corporate roles
- Coordinate and manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new-hire experience
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and related documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
- Support employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable labour laws
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Process HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, and role or compensation changes
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and employment regulations
- Support HR audits, reporting, and internal policy development
- Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee programs
- Support payroll coordination and work with external vendors as needed
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Assist in building scalable HR processes and policies as the company grows
- Support cross-border HR coordination with global partners and vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 2-7 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role (startup experience is preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Hands-on HR experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
- Professional level written and verbal English
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience supporting technical or engineering teams
- Experience setting up or scaling HR processes
- HR experience in the heat exchanger, thermal management, or related hardware manufacturing industries
