A world’s leading manufacturer of equipment and technologies is hiring an HR Generalist. The chosen candidate will take part in implementing multiple company-wide HR programs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll and ensure timely completion
- Handle payments, benefits, social insurances, taxes, overtime, bonuses
- Collect analysed payroll data and records
- Drive benefits plan execution, including group insurance program, annual leave management and pension plan
- Take care of employee questions related to human resource
- Maintain the HR information system and data by conducting regular audit
- Assist in L&D program in adherence with the company’s training and development plan to improve employee performances
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, business administration or equivalent is ideal
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English proficiency
