[리테일/인사] HR Manager
A global luxury jewellery brand is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and organisational development while supporting business transformation and strengthening employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in collaboration with executive leadership and regional HR teams to support business objectives
- Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business transformation and market changes
- Integrate HR strategies across corporate and retail divisions to ensure organisational alignment and consistency
- Oversee recruitment strategies for leadership and critical roles across the organisation
- Design and implement strategic talent acquisition programmes to attract high-calibre external talent for key and future leadership positions
- Utilise talent acquisition metrics to improve sourcing strategies and enhance hiring outcomes
- Analyse and forecast HR costs while aligning budgets with business goals and monitoring expenditure
- Manage financial resources for HR activities including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and HR technology
- Lead performance management processes and align results with fair and motivating reward systems
- Manage compensation planning, incentive programmes, and workforce cost forecasting
- Ensure reward strategies align with headquarters policies while maintaining competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives to enhance employee experience
- Promote an inclusive, values-driven organisational culture across departments and locations
- Ensure compliance with Korean labour laws and internal HR policies
- Manage employee relations including disciplinary procedures, audits, investigations, and risk mitigation
- Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes
- Develop leadership capability and lead succession planning for key positions
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of HR experience
- More than 5 years in a leadership or head-of-function role
- Proven experience in luxury retail, consumer goods, hospitality, or other people-intensive industries
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Fluent level Korean and English
