[자동차/인사] HR Manager
A global automotive component manufacturer is searching for an HR Manager. The qualified applicant will handle strategic planning and implementation of HR policies, ensuring a harmonious work environment and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, succession plan, and review job contributions
- Plan and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures
- Contribute to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems
- Complete audits; identify trends; determine system improvements; implement change
- Maintain legal status by reviewing internal actions and external responses; compose, supply, and maintain documentation
- Research, write, edit, and distribute new and revised policies and procedures
- Improve work environment through exit interviews; meet with staff; identify perceived trends and issues; develop recommendations
- Document actions by completing logs, reports, and records; maintain critical files
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master’s is preferred)
- More than 15 years of working experience in HR
- More than 5 years of working experience at the HR management level (automotive parts manufacturing industry is preferred)
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and familiarity with HR analytics tools
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Korea and ability to ensure compliance in all HR practices
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives
- Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
