[에너지/인사] Senior HR Executive

An international electronics company is looking to fill a Senior HR Executive position. The selected individual will be overseeing various human resources and administrative processes. This position is based in Gyeonggi-do.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the local government for compliance and regulatory matters
• Manage employee documents, filing processes, and update employee registry
• Mitigate employee problems and execute disciplinary measures as needed
• Oversee the execution of HR guidelines and processes
• Offer knowledge of people's concerns and projects
• Improve employee relations and build a good environment for employees

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of HR experience
• Understanding of labor laws in South Korea, foreign worker problems, and payroll
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Capability to work in an international setting
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin
