An HR Manager position is available at a global manufacturer of industrial machinery. The successful individual will be offering overall HR assistance to the entire lifecycle of employees. This position is based in Suwon.

Responsibilities:

• Offer HR leadership through cooperation with key managers and teams
• Collaborate with the key director daily
• Execute and oversee various HR projects and procedures
• Supervise employee initiatives to ensure adherence to rules and regulations
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns
• Deliver customer support to all issues concerning HR

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, labor relations, law, organisational behavior, or a relevant discipline
• Experience in customer-based HR across various sites
• Prior experience in HR business partnership and operations or shared services role
• Proven experience with TUPE and personnel changes negotiation
• Understanding of SEA labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
