A global luxury fashion organisation is searching for a Talent Management Lead. The chosen applicant will be responsible for handling talent management, development, and other related duties. This role is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise to drive HRBP and business leaders to maximise operations
- Develop strategies and actions to boost the ecosystem for people's development
- Collaborate with the APAC TA team to develop comprehensive people solutions
- Organise talent reviews to find high-potential candidates for key positions
- Oversee strategic workforce planning to assist in constructing the future workforce
- Support business initiatives in coordination with HRBP
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR management, business ad, relevant domain (post-graduate degree in HR, psychology, or business is ideal)
- More than 10 years of experience in talent management (international firm, retail, or innovative sector is preferred)
- Practical experience in talent development and management programs
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Prior management or HR consulting experience is advantageous
- Fluent level Korean and English
