A Senior HR Manager position is available at a global eSports company. The selected applicant will be in charge of supervising the overall HR department functions to ensure its efficiency. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hiring techniques and employee management
• Manage employee benefits and payments
• Establish, execute, and optimise HR procedures
• Accomplish business objectives by enhancing productivity and employee relations
• Handle various HR initiatives and engagements
• Ensure that HR records are managed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (human resources or business is ideal)
• 5-7 years of HR experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Knowledge of Korean labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite is preferred
• Fluent level English and Korean
