A worldwide manufacturer of mining and infrastructure equipment is looking to fill an HR Manager role. The successful candidate will be accountable for overseeing the HR function and the company’s HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and align HR related policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist with post-merger operations
- Ensure effective HR administration along with payroll
- Manage staff recruitment initiatives
- Arrange HR reports and statistics
- Maintain adherence to safety processes and reporting
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a general HR position within the manufacturing sector
- Expertise in local labour laws
- Skilled in KPI analysis
- Advanced organisational, planning, follow-up, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent level written and verbal English
