[에너지/인사] People & Organisation Manager

An international energy company is looking to fill a People & Organisation Manager role. The selected candidate will ensure the alignment between business and people & organisation strategies to drive the company’s renewable business.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate resource and workforce planning
• Assist with local recruitment activities
• Oversee purchase order issues along with C&B
• Work with payroll service providers to maintain reporting quality
• Serve as a compliance officer
• Provide support to the local country manager to drive team building

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of HR management, C&B, or employee relations experience from a South Korean or global firm
• Previous international background is ideal
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Fluent level written and spoken English
