A major automotive component manufacturer in the global scene is looking for an HR Manager to be located in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The selected applicant will join country management as they deliver wide scale HR strategies and action plans with a deep knowledge of regional HR and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support decision-making and the achievement of business objectives for Korean and the Asia region
• Set HR policies and programs in compliance with division guidelines
• Oversee compliance and strategies in C&B operations
• Build and manage the talent pipeline at the country level
• Manage HR staff to develop a strong, capable team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or Management
• 10+ years’ HR experience; 7+ years in senior management
• HR management experience in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and social compliance with union-related experience
