A renowned automotive dealer is searching for an HR Junior C&B. The chosen applicant will support compensation and benefits operations, including payroll rewards alignment policy integration, and HR data analysis across HQ and affiliates.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of an integrated Group-wide compensation and benefits framework
• Participate in projects to unify performance evaluation and compensation schemes across affiliates
• Support end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration for HQ and affiliates
• Learn and support the implementation of HR policies and culture under the One HR approach
• Assist in managing HR data and conducting cost-benefit analysis related to compensation modules

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Foundational knowledge of HR (C&B, Recruitment)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong willingness to learn new systems and adapt to a fast-paced HQ environment
