[자동차/인사] HR Junior C&B
A renowned automotive dealer is searching for an HR Junior C&B. The chosen applicant will support compensation and benefits operations, including payroll rewards alignment policy integration, and HR data analysis across HQ and affiliates.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of an integrated Group-wide compensation and benefits framework
- Participate in projects to unify performance evaluation and compensation schemes across affiliates
- Support end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration for HQ and affiliates
- Learn and support the implementation of HR policies and culture under the One HR approach
- Assist in managing HR data and conducting cost-benefit analysis related to compensation modules
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Foundational knowledge of HR (C&B, Recruitment)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn new systems and adapt to a fast-paced HQ environment
