A C&B Manager position is available at an international beverage company. The qualified individual will be overseeing the development and implementation of C&B initiatives for the local business. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute remuneration rules and processes
• Develop proper payroll management
• Provide suggestions based on assessment and feasibility
• Coordinate with key partners to offer C&B decision-making assistance
• Build and manage grading strategies
• Supervise employment concerns and suggest resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or business (post-graduate qualification is preferred)
• More than 8 years of experience in HR
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Prior experience in handling payrolls is ideal
• Fluent level English; proficient in Dutch or Italian is advantageous
