[리테일/인사] Rewards & HR Operations Specialist

A Rewards and HR Operations Specialist position is available at an international fashion retailer. The selected individual will be processing salaries and benefits of employees as well as other HR tasks. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll procedures and relevant initiatives
• Participate in enhancing payroll operations
• Assist in the creation of salary packages
• Handle and mitigate payroll concerns
• Manage payroll and benefits on time and correctly
• Conduct orientation for new hires

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience as an HR generalist
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Understanding of local HR guidelines, and benefit programs in Korea
• Experience in retail brands is preferred
• Proficient in verbal and written English
