An international cosmetics manufacturing company is searching for a Compensation & Benefits Manager. The ideal candidate will be in charge of overseeing the company’s performance management life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in creating and deploying new global reward and recognition programs
- Work with key stakeholders to drive program success
- Educate leaders regarding performance management, reward, and recognition activities
- Ensure the effective management of vendors and business partners
- As the point of contact for all performance management, recognition, and reward concerns
- Make use of data and key performance metrics to define trends
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HR with emphasis on performance management
- Understanding of a variety of performance management systems, performance management criteria, and developing ties to business results
- Skilled in multiple project management
- Expertise in key HR processes
- MS Office literacy
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams on a global scale
