An internationally recognised provider of HR services is searching for a Payroll Manager. The successful applicant will be accountable for providing local clients with the company’s services to strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Share business consulting and payroll expertise with clients
• Manage payroll activities
• Coordinate system training for clients
• Formulate various HR reports
• Implement a new payroll system
• Handle work visa application

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR
• 5+ years of experience in the HR outsourcing domain
• Expertise in payroll processes and software
• Strong understanding of local employment laws
• MS Office literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and verbal Korean and English
