An international luxury brand is searching for a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of overseeing the full process of hiring and talent retention. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
• Organise and carry out hiring initiatives
• Raise diversity and inclusion awareness among employees
• Managing employee orientation and onboarding
• Handle performance review processes
• Determine issues and opportunities to raise staff engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HRM or relevant major is desirable
• More than 10 years of HR experience in the service industry or retail is a plus
• Knowledge of local labour regulations
• Skilled in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
