[리테일/교육] Country Training Manager

An international apparel brand is searching for a Country Training Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing training programs and sure alignment with goals and objectives. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-store and online training
• Determine training requirements and design specialised training programs
• Create and modify instructional resources and training materials
• Analyse the success of training initiatives and make any necessary adjustments
• Oversee operations of training programs
• Ensure timely publication of monthly training reports and newsletters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7-8 years of related experience in training or the retail sector is ideal
• Professional experience in LMS learning management
• Prior in-store coaching experience
• Background in project management
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Korean
