An international luxury fashion company is looking for a Learning and Development Professional. The successful applicant will handle the training and professional development of employees. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales advisors on annual training execution
• Oversee training to ensure a high level of client experience
• Ensure timely translation review for training materials
• Handle updates on training records and report monthly basis
• Support digital learning professionals for e-learning contents creation
• Assist in preparation for the internal and external events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in the retail industry
• 1-2 years of upfront training experience
• Practical experience in training delivery
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level in written and verbal English
