A Talent Development Specialist is available at a global industrial materials manufacturer. The qualified candidate will be implementing international and local training projects in line with strategies. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development projects
- Support regional career counseling
- Coordinate with key leaders on operational and personnel competency development
- Assess the efficiency of training programs
- Oversee training records through LMS
- Collaborate with key teams for a variety of learning activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (master’s degree is ideal)
- More than 5 years of professional experience
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Prior experience in learning and development in an international company
- Proven HRD Consulting experience is preferred
