[제조/인사] Learning & Development Manager

A global provider of industrial products and services is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to work in Seoul. The candidate selected for this role will be handling the implementation of learning solutions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with regional business leaders to identify team development requirements
• Develop learning solutions and training to cultivate and upskill team competence
• Define and advocate an organisational culture
• Work with global learning and development teams to establish learning programs
• Conduct leadership skills training for team leaders based on company methodologies
• Support and participate in the development of the global leader’s community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, human resources, or a similar discipline
• More than 8 years of HR experience
• More than 3 years of experience in learning and development
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees of all levels
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
