A global leader in the cosmetic industry is hiring a People Development & Learning Manager. The chosen candidate will work with the manager and HR director to drive needs and career strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement short and midterm development plans
- Oversee integration programs or new starters
- Lead the operation of engagement survey and analysis
- Implement and review high quality learning solutions
- Maintain partnership with external providers, consultants and trainers
- Assess the learning impact to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain budgetary compliance and increase learning investment-efficiency
- Stay ahead of learning news and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8+ years of work experience
- Experience in HR learning and development in a global firm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- MS Office literacy
- Fluent level English and Korean
