[리테일/영업] Sales Director
A renowned retail company is searching for a Sales Director. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, margin improvement, and business expansion across all sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets
- Create sales plans to optimise sales potential and align execution with country business goals
- Lead delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all channels
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate competitors’ sales and distribution actions and market trends
- Set budgets and forecasts in coordination with local and regional teams
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellence in customer experience, and monitor store KPIs
- Manage key wholesale accounts and acquire new accounts to expand distribution
- Build strategies and optimise performance for all channels, including DC, Affiliates, Direct Boutiques, Outlets, Travel Retail, Online, and Wholesale
- Review distribution efficiencies, account coverage, and segmentation, recommending improvements
- Explore and set up new channels or outlets within brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Product, SCM, Marketing, and HR teams to implement business solutions
- Work with marketing to drive traffic, clienteling, CRM programs, and retail events
- Ensure consistent brand image and customer communication across all touchpoints
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team while implementing performance monitoring systems
- Identify training needs and collaborate with HR on development programs for retail and customer relations staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 15 years of managerial-level sales experience, with a strong track record in developing teams and individual potential
- More than 15 years of sales experience
- Fashion and retail sales experience
- Relevant product management knowledge, particularly product and market life cycle management, and seasonality considerations
- Expert in forecasting and sales math concepts
- Strong negotiation and influential skills
- High respect for professional ethics, motivation level and work standards, level of
customer service orientation & adapted to changing environment and business conditions - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent level in English
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong relationships with department stores and retail or wholesale partners
