[패션/서비스운영] After-Sales Service Manager (1-year contract)
An international luxury fashion brand is seeking an After-Sales Service Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of leading after-sales service operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all stores.
Responsibilities:
- Standardise after-sales procedures across all stores and service vendors
- Manage Client Service vendor performance to drive service level improvements and process optimisation
- Establish and maintain consistent service standards across stores through key strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and follow up on open client cases with stores and vendors to ensure timely closure and proper escalation
- Drive continuous improvement of client experience by delivering appropriate actions by client tier and product category
- Manage after-sales documentation, approvals, and change or variation requests
- Work closely with the Client Service Centre and store teams to ensure timely issue resolution and proactive client communication
- Lead projects to establish and enhance after-sales service vendor systems
- Define, monitor, and manage after-sales service KPIs and dashboards, including target setting
- Ensure continuous improvement through data-driven performance tracking
- Train store staff to communicate after-sales policies consistently and professionally
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to provide clear resolution guidelines and operational support
- Coordinate with the Retail Director to develop motivation programs for client advisors to enhance after-sales service performance
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry
- Experience in coaching and developing teams
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong alignment with brand identity, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to influence and build consensus around innovative ideas
- Fluent level Korean and English
