[생활용품/영업] Sales Manager
A global lifestyle products company is searching for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will drive sales execution, manage dealers, develop projects, generate market insights, and oversee orders while building strong partner and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the execution of South Korea sales efforts to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Provide inputs to the line manager to support strategic initiatives and country business targets
- Communicate the company value proposition effectively to dealers, influencers, and end customers
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and new product introductions
- Monitor, guide, and support distributor and dealer operations to help achieve sales targets
Conduct regular showroom visits to ensure compliance with display, design, and branding standards - Conduct product trainings for showroom staff on new and existing products
- Review and report achievement of sales targets and budgets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Generate new leads and manage relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors
- Track and manage projects from specification through tender to final delivery
- Ensure original specifications are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline data
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations and support negotiations to ensure order conversion
- Coordinate order processing, forecasting, and material availability with SCM
- Track shipments and escalate issues related to order delays
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business knowledge, key figure management, and professional experience
- More than 7 years of experience in managing distributors in the sanitaryware industry or the durable consumer goods industry
- Knowledge of key sales figures and business reports
- Leadership capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent level English
