[리테일/영업] Assistant Sales Manager

An international retail and fashion company is looking for an assistant Sales Manager. The selected applicant will be overseeing various store locations’ day-to-day processes and operations. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Identify retail opportunities in line with the seasonal calendar and revenue goals in the concession channel.
• Collaborate with key teams to oversee retail initiatives and projects layouts
• Establish a sales commission structure for all managers
• Communicate with key stakeholders regularly
• Execute demands in line with the budget plan
• Offer input for client-level differentiated Go-To-Market strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 4 years of experience in retail or sales in an international brand, retail, or wholesale business (footwear and fashion apparel are ideal)
• Experience in overseeing and establishing sales tactics in the retail and wholesale business
• Prior financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Korean
