A Sales Director position is now available at a multinational plastics manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to support the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the sales team in assigned territories
- Support the development of the sales organisation
- Foster internal and external customer relationships
- Prepare training resources when needed
- Organise regional and national sales meetings
- Conduct employee performance evaluation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of professional and training experience
- Functional expertise in hot runner design
- Background in project management
- Strong supervisory skills
