A manufacturing and retail group in the luxury industry is looking to hire a Senior Sales Professional. This position will be responsible for retail operations, CRM, business development, team building, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support day-to-day retail operations and maintain high standards
- Update CRM database regularly
- Perform follow-up for the client portfolio CRM strategy to build strong relationships
- Support the supervisor to organise weekly role plays with the sales team
- Organise and execute the merchandising and display plan for events
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Professional network of local socialites, elites, successful entrepreneurs, etc.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of the luxury market
- English proficiency is a plus
