[헬스케어/영업] Technical Sales

A global biotechnology enterprise is searching for a Technical Sales specialist. In this position, the successful candidate will be tasked to support all sales and marketing activities to drive business growth. This is a role based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise project activities and ensure alignment with objectives and deadlines
• Provide training and mentorship to new employees to achieve team goals
• Identify customer needs and provide applicable solutions
• Build strong relationships with key leaders, agencies, and clients
• Oversee the localization of product documentation and communications
• Handle contract negotiation activities
• Conduct strategic planning and ensure alignment with sales and marketing business plan
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and corporate policies

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in food engineering, bioengineering, or a similar field
• 3-10 years of technical experience in one or more disciplines such as sales, marketing, clinical, etc.
• 3-10 years of professional experience in diagnostics, analytical, and microbiological products & services is a plus
• Background in educational or research projects
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English
