[IT/영업] Sales Manager
An international software company is seeking for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be driving business growth by identifying industry opportunities, leading complex sales cycles, and fostering a collaborative and internationally minded work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative at the local Korean office, fostering an open, international culture that encourages independent thinking and constructive dialogue
- Identify and capitalise on macro-level industry shifts, such as technological transitions within major automotive OEMs, positioning solutions early to secure long-term revenue streams while maintaining focus on immediate targets
- Oversee complex contract negotiations by acting as a solution provider, leading value-driven discussions to uncover customer project needs and managing multi-month sales cycles
- Contribute to regional knowledge-sharing initiatives, sharing market insights and best practices across the broader APAC organisation
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of total B2B sales experience targeting enterprise customers (IT/Software sales is a must, embedded experience is highly preferred)
- More than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role (leading a project and a team of at least 2 people)
- More than 1 year of experience living outside of the domestic country, or experience working at an international company for more than 3 years
- A track record of exceeding quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills exhibited with internal and external clients
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business level written and verbal English
