[제조/엔지니어] Technical Sales Engineer
A global scientific instrumentation company is searching for a Technical Sales Engineer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships to maximise revenue potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies for the Ion Chromatography product line that align with overall organisational goals and drive sustainable growth within the laboratory sector
- Serve as the primary technical resource for customer inquiries by delivering detailed product information, conducting engaging demonstrations, and offering personalised solutions tailored to specific client requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers by understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance on product applications and best practices
- Collaborate closely with service, application, and marketing teams to ensure that product offerings are consistently aligned with customer expectations and current market trends
- Represent the organisation at major industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility while establishing valuable connections with stakeholders across multiple sectors
- Monitor sales performance against established metrics by analysing data trends, gathering customer feedback, and preparing regular progress reports for senior management
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by sharing insights gained from customer interactions and market research with internal teams.
- Stay informed about developments in relevant industries to anticipate emerging customer needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, environmental sciences, or closely related STEM
- More than 5 years of sales experience in a technical sales role (chemical, environmental, petrochemical, power, or semiconductor sector is ideal)
- Experience with laboratory products or instrumentation is highly advantageous
- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid Korean driver's license
- Must be located in Korea and possess a valid authorisation to work
- Proficient in written and verbal Korean; English is a plus
