A global digital marketing and advertising company is searching for a Solutions Engineer to join their exciting company in Seoul. The selected candidate for this position will be in charge of ensuring client success to drive business revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound sales enquiries as well as outbound sales activities
- Ensure efficient communication with clients through various channels
- Develop and present amazing sales demonstrations
- Manage customer success and resolve technical business issues
- Foster strong relationships with key partners to cooperate with the data platform
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of experience in technical sales
- Prior coding experience in any programming languages (Python, HTML, JavaScript, Shell, etc.)
- Understanding of SQL
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Background in coding (Go, PHP, Node.js) is a plus
- Previous experience in machine learning and digital marketing is preferred
- Fluent level English and Korean
