A global software company is looking for a Territory Manager with sales and customer relationship management experience. This role is responsible for promotional sales growth, prospective development and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory.
- Manage the balance between short-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and/or initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Drive expansion of existing customers (ensure 50% expansion to 50% new customer acquisition)
- Lead territory management activities including sales call reports, territory analysis, updating the sales and marketing database, timely forecast and expense reporting
- Negotiate price and volume discounts within schedules and guidelines
- Monitor and report competitor sales activities in assigned territory
- Develop a contact network within accounts and channel partners to enable the business of the company
- 5+ years’ experience in sales
- Experience in a customer service and business relationship management
- Knowledge in application environment and APM
