[물류/영업] Business Development Manager

A global logistics company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a professional sales representative of the company
• Identify and develop new business with new and existing customers
• Maintain existing business and relationships
• Close deals and onboard business successfully to meet and exceed sales targets
• Generate sales leads for overseas sales
• Report on sales activities and provide market intelligence to the leadership team

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in sales, business development or key account management in the supply chain, freight forwarding, or logistics industry background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Sales professionals with more experience will be considered for Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
