A global market intelligence company is searching for a Business Development Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development activities and develop growth strategies to acquire new clients
• Build, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified customers for products and services
• Demonstrate solutions with a focus on customer business objectives, exceeding sales targets and facilitating future opportunities
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer requirements, purchasing dynamics, and contracting processes
• Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce.com and relevant CRM databases

Requirements:

• Strong focus on solution sales and selling on value, with prior experience in a Business Development Manager role
• Confident on the phone and skilled at engaging senior staff in business discussions
• Ability to build strong relationships quickly
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with proven ability to conduct cold calls effectively
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Native level Korean; fluent level English
