[리조트/사업개발] Business Development Manager (China/ 최소 7년 이상)

A Business Development Manager role is now open in a hospitality company. The chosen candidate will drive resort visitation and revenue by developing new business and leveraging personal networks to deliver premium guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop relationships with potential Guests and Agents from the assigned Regional Office, arrange sales trips, and execute events and sales initiatives that build relationships and facilitate resort visitation
• Introduce and develop business through an established personal network, driving referrals from key contacts and creating incentives for guest visitation
• Work closely with property-based Sales & Service teams delivering 5-star+ service to support and enable external sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in hospitality, sales, marketing, business, or other related fields is preferred
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in Casino Integrated Resort Business Development within Asia
• Experience in the Casino Integrated Resort industry
• Established and proven connections to customers and agents
• General knowledge of Casino Management Systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and positively resolve customer complaints
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in written and verbal English, Korean, Chinese, or Japanese
