[제조/사업개발] Country Manager and Business Development Manager

A global chemical manufacturer is searching for a Country Manager and Business Development Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting business growth by driving business development.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development at key OEM and subsidiary units
• Market company product and brand value

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering, Polymer, or related field
• More than 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Chemical or related industry
• Experience in business development (especially OEM-focused & international subsidiaries)
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, QC, R&D, and Technical Service teams
• Sales strategy development aligned with BU strategy
• Customer relationship management and OEM network development
• Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing principles
• Excellent conceptual and project management ability
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and event moderation skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
• Proficient in English
