A foreign logistics firm is searching for a BD Manager. The chosen candidate will drive business growth by overseeing financial performance, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee profit and loss management to achieve financial objectives
• Develop long-term strategies and execution plans aligned with market and regulatory changes
• Maximise resource utilisation across business units
• Lead and monitor performance of the Business Development and Corporate Account teams
• Guide the team in launching new products and services and optimising renewal business
• Expand local accounts into regional opportunities
• Streamline operations to improve productivity and cost efficiency
• Ensure smooth project implementation and high-quality customer service
• Execute tasks assigned by top management with precision and accountability
• Establish succession planning to maintain competitiveness and stability
• Introduce innovative IT solutions to strengthen business capabilities
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related disciplines
• More than 8 years of experience in logistics
• More than 6 years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including client-facing communication and internal coordination
• Ability to represent the company in customer meetings and strategic partnerships
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in English and Korean
