[IT/사업개발] BD Manager

A digital asset custodian is searching for a BD Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales efforts to domestic institutions, including securities firms and asset management companies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts to domestic institutions, including securities firms and asset management companies
• Effectively explain and promote the company’s custody offerings and related financial services
• Work closely with high-net-worth asset managers and institutional clients to understand their operational needs
• Build relationships with domestic asset managers while also supporting connectivity with U.S.-based asset managers and institutions
• Act as a strategic point of contact to help bridge Korean clients with the global asset management market

Requirements:

• 7-15 years of experience in institutional financial services or B2B sales (preferably in
  custody, securities, or asset management)
• Prior experience in wealth management, client asset operations, or fund services
• Deep understanding of the local financial ecosystem
• Professional and presentable communication style, able to speak confidently with C-level stakeholders
• Fluent level Korean
