[리테일/영업] Sales Director (On-Premise)

A Sales Director position is now available at a renowned beverage company. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring seamless operations to achieve business objectives. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly check team's image standards
• Facilitate and mentor each direct report in a motivating way to boost output and engagement
• Lead national training strategy and ensure benchmark-level coaching
• Work with distribution partners to create the national On-Premise business plan
• Oversee all direct reports to promote brand reputation, consumer base, and sales
• Handle resource management such as budget, FOC, and POSM

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business, or related is ideal
• More than 4 years of management experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
