A global software firm is recruiting for the role of Regional Sales Manager to develop Korea-side success. In this position, your goal will be to meet and exceed revenue targets while expanding the sales pipeline.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team for the delivery of business development and sales related activities
- Produce monthly reports outlining both current and proposed activities, customer visits, revenue status, and forecasts
- Track and reinforce measures of sales force effectiveness
- Develop long term relationships with executives and key decision-makers of targeted companies
- Maintenance the customer pipeline in accordance with the pipeline recognition rules
- University degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- 12+ years’ experience in sales, account management, and/or business development; 5+ years’ sales management
- Proven experience employing and developing account manager teams with low staff turnover and significant positive revenue impact.
- Great written, oral, email, and presentation skills, strong English proficiency
