A leading international consumer retail brand is seeking a talented sales professional with passion for people development to join their global team in Seoul as the Sales Director. In this critical role you will drive a stable and profitable growth platform, while building core capabilities within sales function and further developing relationships with clients based in Korea.
- Lead sales team to develop and implement the long term sales strategy across Korea in line with overall business plans
- Ensure the business delivers sustainable profit growth throughout all key sales channels
- Build a high performance sales organisation and develop key competencies, operating processes and platforms
- Drive customer value proposition, engaging with key customers and further developing our business relationship with top accounts
- Build the power and impact to become the most preferred branded toy among all retailers/customers
- University degree or higher with excellent track record of sales management at a global consumer/retail company
- Previous experience managing international assignment outside of Korea preferred
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills
- Result-oriented and focus on targets; highly accountable for KPI delivery
- Good understanding of both retail and wholesale customers
